This is a dispersal auction of items from 2 former fruit farms in Walsoken and includes machinery, tools, building equipment, irrigation pumps, fruit boxes, workshop tools, tractors and farm machinery, etc.,
The auction will be conducted on site (and online) from Green Lane, Walsoken. The property on Broadend Road is not suitable for an auction and the items from this property can be viewed on site on the Friday, but will be sold online only from Green Lane.
It is the responsibility of potential purchasers to view and record the relevant lot numbers of anything they intend to bid on at the property on Broadend Road. This property will not be accessible during the auction.
Collection of purchased lots can be done on the Saturday until 5pm and thereafter by arrangement.
All items must be cleared by Saturday 17th May.

The Horticultural Sales and General Sales are now both Managed By Nick Grounds and we hope to soon be able to arrange an Antique sale which will be managed By Richard Barnwell.
Richard Barnwell is now available again to carry out Valuations for Probate and insurance purposes.
We offer a complete House Clearance service but appeal to Clients not to leave it to a few days before a Property Sale completion to instruct us as we are very busy and it is not always possible to do a job immediately.
We can also conduct specialist and on Site Auctions to suit the requirements of our Clients.
All our regular Auctions are Conducted from our Premises in Wisbech which has on site Parking.
